The products are mainly the more than 100 ¡°Jinyingli 1862¡± computer cases sold by an enterprise in Wuhan Computer City and 111 boxes of finished products and 1.3 tons of semi-finished products of paper cups marked with ¡°soybean milk of original taste¡±, ¡°soybean milk of mixed tastes¡±, ¡°soybean milk of fine taste¡± and ¡°original soybean milk¡± produced and sold by a paper cup factory in Wuhan, which are related to the two patent infringement cases announced in the first half this year.

An important part of the ¡°Thunder Storm Action¡±, which is under process in Wuhan, the activities of destroying the IPR-infringed products reflects the efforts and determination of Wuhan Municipal IP Administration in IPR protection.

After Wuhan launches the ¡°Thunder Storm Action¡±, which focuses on cracking down on IPR infringement and imitation practices, especially the practices of maliciously and repeatedly infringing and imitating patents in groups and seriously counterfeiting patents, Wuhan Municipal IP Administration totally dispatches 286 law enforcers and launches more than 40 large-scale law-enforcement examinations in areas such as commodity circulation, technology trade, advertising media and exhibition, totally examining 60,053 commodities and medicines, including 362 commodities and medicines that are suspected of infringing patents. The administration also handles 17 cases of patent disputes, including four group disputes, and investigates into 24 cases of patent infringements, energetically maintaining the legal rights of patent holders and bringing the roles of the legal system of IPR protection in the process of constructing a harmonious society and building an innovative Wuhan into full play.
