According to the Report of Inspectorate of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, during 9 months of 2008, they have inspected many companies in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, Binh Duong and Khanh Hoa provinces. The inspectors detected and fined many companies using computer programs without permission. They also required many websites, which used musical works and video programs having authorization, license or payment to copyright owners.
