The stipulation is issued to replace the decree 76/CP dated November 29, 1996.

The new decree sets forth the scope and protection of authors’ rights in media, music, cinema, performance, photography, design and architecture, as well as State policies on authors’ rights and powers of People’s Committees in this area.
